These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OneForU, an AI-powered content generation platform operated by Invisible Pipeline Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About OneForU

OneForU is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to help coaches, creators, and small businesses generate content that matches their unique voice and communication style. Our registered address is 67 Poynter House, 1 Queensdale Crescent, London, W11 4TB, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use OneForU. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Your Account

1. You may only create one account per person.
2. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. You must notify us immediately at support@oneforu.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Billing and Payments

1. Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required.
2. One-time purchases. Lifetime deals and add-on packs are charged once at the listed price.
3. Payment processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
4. Failed payments. If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to charge the card up to 3 times over 7 days. After that, your account may be downgraded to the free tier.
5. Price changes. We may adjust prices with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current price until the next renewal after the notice period.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of OneForU is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the platform to generate spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or any material that infringes on third-party rights. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

1. Your content. You own all content you create using OneForU. We claim no ownership over outputs generated from your voice data, prompts, or uploaded materials. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to deliver the service.
2. Our platform. The OneForU platform, brand, design, code, and underlying AI models remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of our service.
3. Feedback. If you provide product feedback or feature suggestions, we may use these to improve the platform without obligation or compensation.

8. AI-Generated Content

1. Content generated by OneForU is produced by artificial intelligence models. While we work hard to ensure quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs.
2. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
3. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be unique, factually correct, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use your professional judgement before relying on any generated material.

9. AI-Specific Terms

OneForU integrates multiple AI capabilities. The following rules apply to each:

9.1 Image Generation

• You must comply with copyright law when generating images. Do not use image generation to reproduce copyrighted works without authorisation.
• You may not generate images that are harmful, misleading, illegal, or that depict real people in compromising or false scenarios without their consent.

9.2 Avatar and Voice Cloning

• Voice cloning requires clear, documented authorisation from the voice owner. You may only clone your own voice or a voice for which you have explicit written consent.
• You may not use voice cloning to impersonate another person without their consent, regardless of intent.
• AI-generated avatars must not be used to deceive others into believing they are interacting with a real person in contexts where that distinction matters (e.g., customer support, legal, medical).

9.3 Text Generation

• You may not use text generation to produce illegal, deliberately misleading, spam, or harassment content.
• You are responsible for fact-checking and reviewing all AI-generated text before publishing.

9.4 Ownership and Licensing

• You retain full ownership of all content you create using OneForU, including images, text, voice outputs, and videos.
• OneForU receives a non-exclusive, revocable licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We will never sell, sublicence, or use your content for training purposes without your explicit consent.

10. Fair Use Policy

Each plan includes defined generation limits. We believe in transparency, so here are the exact numbers:

10.1 Text and Chat Generation

Unlimited for all paid plans. Text generation is computationally inexpensive, so we do not cap it. Use it as much as you need.

Unlimited for all paid plans. Schedule and publish as much as you need.

10.6 What Happens If You Exceed Your Limits

We will always warn you before restricting access. No surprises. Here is the process:

1. Warning. When you reach 80% of your monthly limit, you will see an in-app notification.
2. Soft throttle. If you exceed your limit, generation speed slows down. You are never hard-blocked or instantly cut off.
3. Upgrade option. You can upgrade your plan at any time for immediate access to higher limits.

Limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle.

10.7 Abuse Monitoring

We monitor for patterns that indicate abuse rather than genuine use, including:

• Automated bulk generation via scripts or bots (outside our official API)
• Reselling raw API access or using OneForU as a proxy to AI providers
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit free-tier credits

If we detect abuse patterns, we will contact you first. We prefer conversation over punishment.

11. Data Handling

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using OneForU, you consent to such processing. Voice data, content, and usage information are handled with encryption in transit and at rest.

12. Service Availability

1. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. OneForU relies on third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs, and others). If a provider experiences an outage, some features may be temporarily unavailable. This is outside our control and we are not liable for such disruptions.
2. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where practical, via email or in-app notice.
3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the entire service, active paid subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for unused time.
4. Force majeure. We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service provider outages.

13. Termination

1. By you. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
2. By us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.
3. After termination. Upon account deletion, your data (including voice profiles and generated content) will be permanently removed within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

1. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneForU and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
3. Our total cumulative liability for any claims relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
4. We are not liable for the accuracy, suitability, or reliability of AI-generated content. You use generated outputs at your own risk and are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on AI-generated material.
5. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invisible Pipeline Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, the content you generate, your breach of these Terms, or any third-party claims resulting from your use of AI-generated content.

16. Dispute Resolution

1. Talk to us first. If you have a dispute, please contact us at support@oneforu.ai. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
2. 30-day resolution window. We ask for 30 days from your initial contact to resolve any dispute before you take formal legal action. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
3. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4. EU consumer rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of OneForU after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
