Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying OneForU. If it doesn't work for you, we make it simple to get your money back. We also believe refund policies should be fair to everyone, which is why ours scales with how much you have actually used the service.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every paid plan and one-time purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The refund amount depends on how much of your plan you have used:

"Plan credits" refers to your combined usage of image generation, video generation, and voice minutes for your billing cycle. Text and chat generation (which is unlimited) does not count towards this calculation.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@oneforu.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address associated with your OneForU account.
- That's it. You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is always appreciated.
3. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of your request. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
4. Subscriptions
- Monthly plans. The usage-tiered refund applies to the most recent billing cycle. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Annual plans. Within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal, the usage-tiered refund table above applies to the full annual amount. After 14 days, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund for unused full months remaining on your annual subscription.
5. Lifetime Deals
Lifetime deal purchases are eligible for the same 14-day usage-tiered guarantee. After 14 days, lifetime deals are non-refundable.
6. One-Time Add-Ons
One-time purchases (such as the Echo Founding Pack, Voice Starter Kit, or token boosts) are covered by the 14-day guarantee from their date of purchase.
7. Repeat Refund Requests
If you have previously received a refund from OneForU, you are not eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee on subsequent purchases. This prevents abuse while keeping the guarantee generous for first-time users.
8. What We Will Never Do
We believe in being fair. Here is what you can count on:
- We will never refuse a refund because you left a negative review. Your right to a refund is completely separate from your right to an opinion.
- We will never penalise you for honest feedback. If you tell us what did not work, we consider that a gift, not grounds for denial.
- We will never make the refund process deliberately difficult. One email is all it takes. No phone calls, no surveys, no guilt trips.
9. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@oneforu.ai. We will resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
